Mandala Muscle Therapy and Massage is Health Return Mandala's first venture into the industry. It opened on 3rd May 2021 with a focus to promote good health through providing great service and positive outcomes to clients. Mandala is consistently working on improvement and learning to contribute the best we can to everyone.

Clinic Philosophy

Mandala muscle therapy & massage philosophy is to encourage improvement and enhancement in health and life skills for all. The key values for the first venture are awareness and improvement. The name reflects the clinic's philosophy through the three components-Mandala (flower), Muscle Therapy, and Massage.

Mandala (flower), Muscle Therapy, and Massage. Mandala, as derived from the mandala flower, means "empathy, love, charm, passion, development, and hope". Our Mandala symbol uses natural elements and consists of a sun, 12 moon cycles and 12 leaves. The sun and moons set in circles represent the circular nature of life and positive growth. Just as every living thing on earth needs the sun for survival, our individual life (moon cycles) depends greatly on our health (sun). Good health is essential for a good quality of life. When a person is in full health, they are complete. The leaves represent greenery and express that we breathe to live, to heal, and to be calm in a natural environment protected by humans.

We breathe to expand our energy and support our bodies' engines to work in their most powerful state and also to rest and relax well. The word ‘Mandala’ in our logo is made up of many different-sized colored circles in each letter. Various circles represent individual age, size, gender and personality. We are all interconnected and play a part in creating our community. When we improve and achieve better health individually, our personal energy expands and extends out to others. As more individuals improve themselves, the community at large will improve and the increase in positive energy will spread throughout, just like the bright light shining forth from the sun.

One of the ways to improve the health of our largest organ (skeletal muscle) is through muscle therapy.

Muscle therapy is a form of musculo-skeletal treatment that treats the body as a whole and at the same time targets specific injuries to give you the most beneficial form of treatment available. Rehabilitation exercises and stretches are incorporated to rebalance the body and prevent the injury from returning. It utilises functional movement based techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry needling amongst many other therapeutic methods, together with corrective exercise to relieve pain and enhance performance.

Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues. — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin. One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins – the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing. Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced. Studies indicate that high levels of stress hormones impair the immune system and the body’s natural energy flow.

The emphasis on muscle therapy and massage expresses our commitment to provide a comprehensive experience in our treatment services. It is our ethos to provide empathy, love to others, passion to our job and channel energy to advance personal skills, develop clients' health and encourage positive improvement for overall well-being.

Our highly qualified and experienced international team focuses on assessing our clients' individual needs and provides a variety of treatments to improve their health, awareness, and wellness in a warm, diverse and congruent therapeutic environment.

The clinic uses green and white, representing nature and purification respectively, as well as recycled timbers, rocks and greenery to utilise renewable resources and stimulate natural energy, while decorating with images of waterfalls and mountains on curtains to create a calming atmosphere.

The combined philosophy of “Mandala Muscle Therapy & Massage” is to convey our wish to cherish humans, plants, the earth and to promote overall well-being
