Thank you for choosing Mandala Muscle Therapy & Massage. To ensure a seamless and pleasant massage experience, we kindly ask you to take time to review our policy.

MASSAGE  ETIQUETTE:  

To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests, please respect everybody’s right to privacy and serenity. Please refrain from using mobile devices. 

 

RESERVATION:  

Please notify our reception team of any medical conditions, allergies or physical ailments for us to provide you with the best possible experience. Please notify us if you are pregnant to assist us in offering the most appropriate treatments. 

 

ARRIVAL TIME:  

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax and prepare for your session. Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Should you arrive late, the duration of your treatment will not be extended, and the full value of your treatment will be charged for the time reserved. 

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS/VALUABLES:  

The Management is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or theft of any valuable items. It is not advisable to leave valuables unattended in public areas of the Mandala premises.

USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES 

To protect the privacy of our guests and to preserve the guest experience, use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras is prohibited in the clinic. Cell phones and electronic devices should be turned off or put in silent mode. 

 

PAYMENT & GRATUITIES:  

Payments may be made by cash, credit/ debit card, HICAPS, bank transfer or valid voucher or gift card. All treatment prices are inclusive of GST and service charge.

REFUND POLICY 

10-minute Trial Period:

Clients have a 10-minute window to determine if they are satisfied with the massage. If not, they can request a full refund.

​

No Refunds after 10-minutes:

Once the 10-minute mark has passed, the service is considered rendered.

CANCELLATION POLICY  / 

NO-SHOW POLICY:  

Clients can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours in advance.

A 20% fee is charged for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows.
